When you enter a room, what enters your mind?

Is it the loudness of the stone flooring or maybe the perfect damped lounge area? Yes? Then it sounds like you’re one of us, absorbed by acoustics. Let’s meet at EIAS 2023 – Ecophon International Acoustics Seminar!

EIAS has gathered people with a professional interest in room acoustics for decades. Thoughts have been revealed, groundbreaking research has been presented and new friendships have grown. EIAS exists because sound matters and we all believe that we can improve conditions in healthcare, in schools and in offices by improving acoustic conditions.

EIAS 2023

Beginning on May 8th, it’s time for EIAS, Ecophon International Acoustics Seminar. We are proud to once more host an event like this, focusing on room acoustics. Join us and some 200 other visitors and get inspired by 25 speakers.

We look forward to meeting old friends and making new ones. This will be a great opportunity for all to attend great seminars and listen to top speakers and pick up on all the latest research. And, not least, meet up with fellow acousticians from all over the world.

This time we’ll meet in Tylösand, just north of Halmstad and some two hundred kilometers from Copenhagen Airport. The venue, Hotel Tylösand, is located on the shore and is one of Sweden’s top conference venues. Famous for it’s wonderful location, great food, a sizeable spa area and one of Sweden’s largest art galleries, exhibiting some of the world’s most interesting photographers. It’s not just a great place for anyone to come to. It’s definitely a great place for an acoustics event with anyone who’s someone within the world of acoustics. Don’t miss it, we look forward to seeing you in Tylösand on May 8th, 2023.

Information

When is EIAS?

You may pick up your name tag in the reception at Hotel Tylösand from 3 pm on May 8th, 2023. We’ll wrap it all up two days later and the bus leaves for Copenhagen in the afternoon. To match it up with your return flight, please check our EIAS website.
